Refund policy

At Freshie Design Junkie, all sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds will only be issued if there is a mistake made on our end, such as:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • An item arriving damaged due to our error
  • A customization being completed incorrectly compared to the order details provided

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order information so we can review the situation.

Please note:

  • Color shades, glitter placement, and handmade details may vary slightly
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the order was completed incorrectly by us
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
